What you need:
- 4.5 tbsp. Cottage Cheese
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
What you do:
- Blend all ingredients together until the cottage cheese is pureed and you have a smooth liquid.
- Lightly oil a frying pan with coconut oil and heat over medium high heat.
- Pour just enough batter in the hot skillet to coat the bottom of the pan. Once the crepe moves when you shake the pan (about 20 seconds), flip over and cook for an additional 10 seconds or until the crepe moves when you shake the pan.
- Repeat.
