What you need:
- 2-3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. ground garlic
- 1 tsp. ground chili
- salt (to taste)
What you do:
- Cut the potatoes into a French fry shape.
- Lightly spray them with Pam and mix.
- Add the spices and mix again.
- Place the fries on a baking dish in one layer.
- Bake for 1 hour on 375.
