What you need:
- ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
- 12 egg whites
- 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- Stevia (to taste)
- 2 tsp. of Cinnamon
What you do:
- Blend stevia, egg whites, baking powder, almond milk, salt and oats.
- Add ¼ of the blueberries to the mixture.
- Cook the pancakes on a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Top with a blend of applesauce, cinnamon and stevia.
