What you need:
- 6 large red or yellow bell peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 1.5 pounds of ground turkey
- 1 Can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato paste
- Black pepper
- Himalayan salt
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Dry parsley
- 250ml Fat Free Sour Cream
What you do:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the bell peppers in half vertically and discard all the contents.
- Cut onions into tiny pieces.
- Mix the onions, diced tomatoes, black pepper, Himalayan salt, paprika, oregano and the parsley in a pan with the ground turkey and brown the meat.
- Stuff the peppers with turkey mix (make sure to put a lot).
- Put the peppers in the oven and bake them for an hour.
- Take the peppers out and serve with some sour cream on top.
