What you need:
- 500g of fresh cauliflower - 1 medium head
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1cup fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
What you do
- Steam the cauliflower until it is soft. It should be easy to pierce it with a fork.
- Crush the garlic using garlic press.
- Mash the cauliflower.
- Mix in the garlic, parsley and spices.
- Enjoy!
