What you need:
- ¼ English cucumber
- 1 can tuna
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp. of mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
What you do:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mustard and avocado.
- Cut the cucumber into ½ inch thick slices.
- Discard the centres of the cucumber slices (either cut them out with a knife, or push them out with your fingers).
- Stuff the hollow centered cucumbers with the tuna mix.
- Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
