What you need:
- 8 c broccoli florets, steamed
- 4 egg whites
- 2 c unsweetened almond milk
- 6 tbsp. ground flax seeds
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ c fat free cottage cheese
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl beat egg whites and cottage cheese.
- Add almond milk, ground flax seeds, baking powder and broccoli and mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust starts to form.
- Remove from oven, cool it, and enjoy it!
