What you need:
- 5 scoops of protein powder
- 8 egg whites
- 1-2 tbsp. of cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. of baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Stevia to taste
- 100ml of water
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
What you do:
Cake:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a blender.
- Add the egg whites to the mix.
- Slowly add water. You are looking for a smooth consistency, the mixture should not be runny.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave friendly dish and cover.
- Microwave for 4 minutes.
- Cool the cake for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix stevia, cocoa powder and 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- Add a few drops of water. Very little, so the consistency is not runny.
- Pour it on top of the cake
- Serve and Enjoy!
