What you need:
- 1 c 0 fat cottage cheese
- ½ avocado
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
- ½ a stalk green onion, minced
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
What you do:
- Scoop out avocado flesh.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until you get a smooth puree.
- Wrap in a lettuce leaf and serve.
