What you need:
- 5 tbsp. zero fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- 4 150g salmon fillets
What you do:
- Preheat broiler.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mustard, dill, garlic, lemon juice and chili powder.
- Place the salmon on the broiler pan sprayed with Pam.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and place it 3 inches below the broiler's heat source.
- Broil for 5-6 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 425 degrees Celsius, turn off the broiler and bake the salmon for 6-7 minutes more.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
