What you need:
- 8 egg whites
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup oat flour (simply blend the oats in a blender)
- 2 scoops of whey isolate protein powder (vanilla works best)
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
What you do:
- Combine all the ingredients, except blueberries, in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the blueberries and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon the dough and put it on a baking dish (should make 20 cookies).
- Bake on 375 F for 12 minutes or until crispy.
