What you need:
- 300g almond meal
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 6 egg whites
- stevia to taste
- 2 tsp. of cinnamon
What you do:
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough.
- Form into a loaf shape into your baking tin.
- Bake for around 30min on 200 degrees Celsius.
- Let the loaf cool for 20 minutes and remove from tin.
- Enjoy!
