What you need:
- 8oz crab meat, canned
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Tarragon
- 3 tbsp. of our Dill Garlic Dip (see recipe on page 117)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
What you do:
- Turn oven to broil.
- In a bowl, mix egg whites, seasonings and the Dill Garlic Dip.
- Divide the mixture in two and shape them into two balls.
- Put the crab balls into a baking dish sprayed with pam and broil for 8 minutes
- Remove from oven, cool it, and enjoy it!
