What you need:
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) minced onion
- '/2 cup (25 g) bean sprouts
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sour cream (optional)
- Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Add the onion and sprouts and stir until the sprouts are tender crisp (onions should be translucent by then).
