What you need:
- 2 cups (450 g) pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 1 - 2 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) Classic Barbecue Rub
- Put your pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium-high heat, and stir until they start to swell-about 5 minutes. Stir in the water and the barbecue rub, and keep stirring till the seeds are dry again.
