What you need:
- ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
 - 1 tbsp. crushed flax seeds
 - 1 scoop whey protein isolate (any flavor)
 - Stevia (optional)
 - Carb and fat free pudding powder
 
What you do:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
 - Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
 - Take out and enjoy!
