Delicious Cheesy Wraps

Physique athletes such as bodybuilders and fitness competitors love cottage cheese for its high quality protein content. We love it for the same reason, but also because it is a very fun ingredient to work with. This recipe is packed with protein and healthy fats and is a great evening snack.
 



What you need:
  • 1 c 0 fat cottage cheese
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
  • ½ a stalk green onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


What you do:
  1. Scoop out avocado flesh.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until you get a smooth puree.
  3. Wrap in a lettuce leaf and serve.
